A song about Hurricane Katrina and the way it has caused us to open our eyes to the bumbling incompetence and greed of the Bush administration. For once, no slide guitars - there are 2 electric and one acoustic guitar, fretless bass, organ, looped drums, 1 bass synth and a whole lot of percussion. Nearly everything is Liquid Mixed. Very few extra effects other than the guitar effects on the way in (2 reverbs and a triplet quaver delay line and an intonation correction on the main vocals). The verse lyrics could stand some work, and I did a remix which was a lot less dub-oriented. I do like the chorus, though.
